since reforming and opening up to the outside world, the enterprise operation of our country has gone through 3 leap from product production to product-oriented operation, from product-oriented operation to capital-oriented production, from capital-oriented production to culture-orient operation, then forms management concepts and patterns of enterprise operation respectively.

This paper analysed the present situation and existing problems of commodity management type national forest farms in combination with the actual management conditions of Jiangle National Forest Farm,meanwhile a preliminary approach to their sustainable developmental countermeasures was made.
