| 磁泡材料 magnetic bubble material 在一定外磁场作用下，表面呈现磁泡阵列的磁性材料。强磁性材料在一定的外加磁场作用下，其表面形成圆柱状反磁化畴。因这种圆柱状磁畴从其柱轴方向看去好像浮在材料表面的圆泡，故称为磁泡畴，简称磁泡。磁泡材料主要为薄膜型材料，其单轴各向异性强，畴壁矫顽力小，迁移率高，在机械应力、温度等影响下稳定性好，化学稳定性高。磁泡材料薄膜的制备主要采用外延生长法，即将具有与待制磁泡材料相同或相近晶体构造和晶格常数的单晶基片，置于含有待制磁泡材料组分的熔体或溶液中，在一定条件下，磁泡材料沉积在基片上，形成具有一定晶面的磁泡材料薄膜。已实用的磁泡材料主要是稀土石榴石型铁氧体，可用以制造存取速度快、结构简单、功耗低、存储密度高的信息存储、记录和逻辑元件。 |
