      用变形纤维织成的织物,包括高弹和低弹织物。化学纤维长丝经过一次加热变形制成的螺旋圈形,弹性伸缩率较高,称高弹丝,制成的产品称高弹织物。如锦纶或丙纶弹力衫裤、弹力袜、弹力游泳衣等。高弹丝再经一次热松弛定形,则呈膨松卷曲状,弹性和伸缩率较低,称为低弹丝,可织成低弹织物,如各种涤纶变形丝织制的仿毛、仿丝、仿麻型的针织物和机织物(见彩图)。变形纤维在纺织染整加工过程中,须严格控制拈度、张力、温度和加热时间等工艺条件,尽量减少对织物弹性和膨松性的影响。另外,如采用5~10叶异形截面纤维可以增加织物的弹性;采用细于1旦的化纤丝可以改进织物的柔软性和覆盖丰满性;采用不同卷曲形态、不同拈度、不同纤度的混纤变形丝,可以增加织物的真丝感或毛感。
