To meet the demand of two large domestic ocean transport companies for remote monitoring and administrating their ocean-going ships, this paper analyzed the principle and deficiencies of the Ship-Shore Communication System, and then designed the Remote Monitoring and Data Exchange System.
论文结合国内两家大型远洋运输公司对其在航船舶进行远程监控及科学管理的实际需求，分析了其现有船岸通信系统的工作原理和功能上的部分不足，设计并实现了船舶远程监控及数据交换系统。
