装配在传送机上用作传送物件的带织物。通常分为棉传送带、橡胶传送带、塑料传送带。棉传送带一般为4层平纹织物。原料为优质棉纱,经线28号×12,纬线58号×6,用重型织带机织造。优点是重量较轻,无毒无臭,广泛用于轻工、食品等行业传送原料、半制品和成品。橡胶传送带分普通型和强力型。普通型是用棉帆布作基层外涂橡胶制成,带宽范围300~1400毫米。强力型用高强化纤帆布为基层,外涂优质橡胶,产品结构与普通型相同。主要特点是强力高、弹性大、耐磨、耐冲击、耐老化、成槽性好、运输量大,广泛用于大型工矿运输线。塑料传送带用高强化纤织成的多层带坯作为承受载荷主体,用粘合剂进行预处理,然后涂覆热塑性聚氯乙烯树脂,涂层与带坯牢固地粘结成一体。这种传送带耐磨,耐腐蚀,不容易脱层开裂,可传送一般矿产原料、化工产品和含油物件。
