1、 如果显微镜没有光源配备,可将显微镜放在一个平稳的台面上,面对宽大的窗户(如光线不好,可用白炽灯或日光灯作光源); 2、 把低倍接物镜转到镜筒正下方,使其距载物台约1厘米。再把聚光器升到最高度,光圈放到最大,然后一面从接目镜观察,一面转动反光镜,使光源的光尽可能多地反射到聚光器(如显微镜有光源配备,此步可以省略); 3、 取一滴池塘水滴在干净的载玻片上,加上盖玻片,用吸水性强的纸把载玻片上的水吸干,供显微镜观察用; 4、 把载玻片放在显微镜载物台上,使要看的样品放在低倍镜的正下方,慢慢下降镜筒,使镜头距离载玻片约0.3厘米,收小光圈,下降聚光器,使照明不太强也不太弱; 5、 用目镜观察,同时移动载玻片。此时镜筒只能上升,不能下降,否则会压碎载玻片。当观察到影象并能随载玻片移动而移动时,即为所要观察的对象。应能观察到在水中游动的微生物; 6、 如需要用高倍镜观察,只需调换高倍接物镜到镜筒最下方,略微旋动微调旋钮对好焦距即可。 | ||
