领导者角色冲突(eonfliet in the loader，srole)领导者在主客观条件的作用下，在角色认知和角色实现过程中所产生的心理冲突，有如下几种情形:(l)作为领导者，在领导角色实践过程中由于人们对领导角色的期望不同而使领导者产生的心理冲突。(2)角色改变时，新旧角色之间发生的矛盾冲突。这主要表现在习惯化了的旧的角色行为模式与新角色之间的矛盾和冲突。(3)领导者同时身兼几种社会角色，面对不同的角色规范和期望所产生的心理矛盾。这是领导者在领导活动中经常遇到的心理冲突。(4)领导角色规范与领导者真实个性之间的差异造成的心理冲突，亦即领导者的理想角色与现实角色之间的矛盾或冲突。现实生活中的领导者不可能具备领导角色所要求的所有人格特征。这样，在现实的领导活动中，就必然会发生两种角色个性的矛盾和冲突。故加强角色学习，在领导活动中正确处理好各种利益关系，讲究科学的领导方法和领导艺术，加强自身品格和本质的培养，使自己的领导行为最大限度地符合角色规范和角色期望，是领导者解决角色冲突的根本途径。 (范粉章撰王树茂张德审)
