The effect of solution and tempering temperature on the Charpy V impact energy AKV and HRC of ultra-high strength steel 23Co14Ni12Cr3Mo was studied,impact fracture surfaces were observed by SEM,and the undissolved carbide was analyzed by TEM.

In each stage,the impact energy was tested at different temperature,and then the metallurgical structure,leaf metal,replica carbon film and impact fracture were detected by using optical microscope,TEM and SEM.
