一、 认真执行《锻压设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
二、认真执行下述有关补充规定：
（一） 工和前认真做到：
1、检查冲头、凹模应完好无崩裂，安装正确，紧固牢靠。
2、调整夹料机构后，必须检查与凹模夹之间的间隙，严禁不经检查就开动设备。
（二） 工作中认真做到：
1、料斗内不得加入切屑和脏物。加料不得过多。发生滑块被卡住时，必须将上模调正楔铁松开。
2、发生滑块被卡住时，必须将上模的调正楔铁松开。
3、不准将滑块停在"死点"的位置上，如滑块停在"死点"上时，只准用人工盘动飞轮的方法来纠正，不准开动设备。
