诊法名。梅毒实验室常用检查方法之一。本试验采用改良的VDRL抗原。USR试剂的抗原来源于VDRL，抗原用稀释液稀释后离心沉淀，于沉淀中加入乙二胺四醋酸(EDTA)试剂各氯化胆碱及防腐剂。EDTA试剂可使抗原在半年内不变性，氯化胆碱可起化学“灭能”作用。因此血清不必加热灭活。抗原在4～8℃冰箱中可保存6个月。方法：①玻片定量试验：血清用生理盐水在小试管中做6个稀释度；未稀释血清，1∶2，1∶4，1∶8，1∶16，1∶32。取005ml稀释血清加入玻片圈中，按定性试验的方法和结果判定。②玻片定性试验：取待检血清005ml加入玻片圆圈中，并扩大到整个圆圈，加入本试剂抗原1滴，用微型振荡器摇动玻片4分钟，每分钟180次，立即观察。
