Soft warp knitted lamp-box fabric is widely used in advertisement medium because of its excellent mechanical strength,well-proportioned photic properties,bright printed lustre,convenient use,all-weather properties and long service life.

This paper discusses select of the yarn material, warping, knitting and compound finishing of lamp-box fabric which is a typical biaxial warp knitting product after analysing the structure and working principle of the biaxial warp knitting machine, and gives some practical instructions on the production of the lamp-box fabric.
