| 病毒性呼吸道感染 viral respiratory infection 由多种病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染。分病毒性上呼吸道感染和下呼吸道感染。发病率高。小儿、老人、营养不良及慢性病者更易患病。冬、春季发病较多。常见的病原有鼻病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、冠状病毒、腺病毒、呼肠病毒、库克萨基病毒和ECHO病毒等。病毒性呼吸道感染主要表现有：①急性病毒性上呼吸道感染，即普通感冒 。②急性喉-气管炎，有声音嘶哑、咳嗽等。③支气管炎和细支气管炎，有发热、咳嗽、咯痰、哮喘及紫绀等。④肺炎。治疗以对症和支持疗法为主。有继发细菌感染者应用抗菌药。也可用中医中药治疗。预防应对病人进行呼吸道隔离，居室通风，戴口罩，加强身体锻炼、增强体质。 |
