冰川悬谷
在支冰川注入主冰川的汇合处，常在谷肩上出现悬谷。这是由于支冰川厚度比主冰川小，侵蚀力弱，底床坡度也较小，冰川退却以后支谷就成为悬谷。我国西部许多山地的悬谷高出主冰川谷达百余米至数百米。
