边缘性前置胎盘为前置胎盘的一种类型。胎盘边缘附着于子宫下段，不超越宫颈内口，称为边缘性前置胎盘。同前置胎盘其他类型一样，无痛性无诱因的反复阴道流血为其临床特点。但初次出血的时间晚，多在妊娠37～40周或临产后，量亦较少。B型超声检查可以助诊。处理见前置胎盘条目。
