补充资料：保兑信用证
保兑信用证(confirmed letter of credit)是指开证行开出的信用证，由另一银行保证对符合信用证条款规定的单据履行付款义务。对信用证加保兑的银行为保兑行（confirming bank）。
信用证的“不可撤消”是指开证行对信用证的付款责任。“保兑”是指开证行以外的银行保证对信用证承担付款责任。不可撤消的保兑信用证，则意味着该信用证不但有开证行不可撤消的付款保证，而且又有保兑行的兑付保证。
