Objective To compare the difference in articular cartilage degeneration between xenogenic medial meniscus transplantation and total medial meniscectomy in order to understand whether xenogenic medial meniscus transplantation could delay the degeneration of articular cartilage.
异种异体半月板移植在短期内对关节软骨具有明显保护作用,但随着术后24周移植半月板被破坏,关节软骨出现退变,但与同期的半月板切除膝相比,关节软骨退变较轻。

研究目的：研究半月板全切对膝关节软骨的影响，从而为临床治疗半月板损伤方法的选择提供理论依据；研究方法：采用动物实验方法，在克膝关节采用内侧半月板切除术式，应用组织学，组织化学，免疫组化，扫描电镜，同位素标记放射自显影等方法观察术后，5、10、15、20、25和30d膝关节的关节软骨变化；主要结果和结论：兔内侧半月板切除后，导致关节不合槽运动，早至5d即可发现关节软骨细胞和蛋白多糖改变，并随时间的延长而进行性加重。

McMurray test
半月板在外力作用下易发生撕裂损伤。患者多有外伤史，有膝痛、打软、腿和关节交锁等表现，可见股四头肌萎缩，局部有压痛，多数病例显示麦氏试验(McMurray test)阳性，研磨试验(apley test)有助于鉴别膝部韧带与半月板损伤。X线摄片以排除骨折等病变。膝关节镜对诊断有意义，并可进行镜下修补或切除术。非手术疗法适用于急性期和症状轻微者。撕裂严重、症状明显者可行手术切除或关节镜下切除。近年，有对半月板进行修复的文献报道。
