The difference of the impact property between the sandwich structure with metallurgy bonding interface and glue-bonding interface is investigated by the pendulum impact tests.

1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、检查机器下部活门，有无堆积物；察看星形给料器中有无金属块，如有发现，应及时排除。
3、工作前，检查轴承座通水情况是否正常，如有堵搴，应及时修理。
4、工作前，检查保险肖和安全防护装置是否可靠，如不可靠，应及时处理。
5、工作前，先点动试车，然后空运转3-5分钟，并检查传动系统（电动机联轴节、链轮、链条）和转子的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
6、工作时，设备启动顺序：吸送风机-→锤磨机-→螺旋输送机。停机顺序相反，即螺旋输送机-→锤磨机-→吸送风机。
7、工作中，如设备密封不严，尘土飞扬，应通知维修人员修理。
8、工作中，如保险肖切断，应打开进料活门，排除超负荷原因，方可继续工作。
