Based on the position and degree of the hymen rupture, M-Y plasty, W-V plasty and overlapping flap were used to patients with rupture at 12 o clock, 6 o clock and 3 or 9 o clock respectively.
方法:选择月经结束后10天内患者60例,根据破裂程度和部位,对于以12点为中心的患者,笔者进行了M-Y成形术,对于以6点为中心的患者,笔者采用W-V成形术,对于以3点或9点为中心的,笔者采用直接缝合或瓦合瓣法。
