On the base of that, a new spinning method-open end jet spinning was proposed.
对纤维在喷嘴中产生的喷气流场中的受力和运动情况作了理论分析和推导,探索了利用高速压缩气流来分离纤维的可能性,在此基础上提出了一种新的纺纱方法——喷气自由端纺纱,并设计了纺纱装置进行纺纱实验,结果表明,这种方法纺出的纱具有一般自由端成纱的结构,且本方法利用高速气流来形成自由端和加捻成纱,不损伤纤维。

According to the characteristics of Sirofil spinning,the paper compares the hairiness quantities of three kinds of yarns which are spun respectively by the conventional ring spinning, the neighboring-spindle spinning designed by the writer and the Sirofil spinning.
针对Sirofil纺的特点 ,对比了普通纺纱、作者设计的邻锭法纺纱和Sirofil纺纱的毛羽质量 ,从两股纱缠绕作用、预加捻三角区倾斜、捕捉毛羽作用等三方面对Sirofil纱毛羽减少机理进行了探讨 。
