茶树单借体百种(haploid breeding of，t ea plant)通过培育茶树单倍体植株(n一15)的途径选育新品种的一种育种方法。即用二倍体茶树的花药进行离体培养，诱导出单倍体植株，再通过染色体的人工加倍或自然加倍，进而选育出茶树新品种。 运用茶树单倍体育种方法，可以克服杂种性状分离，提高获得纯合材料的效率，缩短育种年限。单倍体育种与诱变育种结合应用，还叮以提高诱变育种的效果。单倍体对于克服远缘杂交的不亲和性，也有很好的利用前景。 日本从1968年开始进行茶树花药培养，于1972年分化出根。70年代初，中国一些科研单位，先后开展茶树花药培养试验。1980年，福建农学院陈振光、廖惠华通过茶树花药培养，分化出具有根、茎、叶的完整植株，1984年n月通过技术鉴定，确认为是单倍体茶树，这是世界上首次获得的茶树花粉单倍体植株。1984年11月通过技术鉴定时，已拥有二十余株利用茶树花药培养分化出来的植株，经染色体制片镜检，有一部分为单倍体茶树，也有少数为非整倍体茶树。1980年获得的第一株单倍体茶树，至1984年底，通过修剪以后，树高80余厘米，并运用高压条(高压)方法，繁育出压条苗，单倍体茶树生长正常，从叶片形态上看，与原二倍体茶树母体基本相似。 获得单倍体茶树的花药培养方法:第一，把花药接到培养基上诱导出愈伤组织;第二，诱导愈伤组织分化长出根和叶，成为完整的植株。 (陈文怀)
