包芯线技术是80年代在喷射冶金技术基础上发展起来的一种炉外精炼手段,目前在炼钢厂已广泛使用。钙合金包芯线借助于喂丝机快速输入钢液,在钢液深处熔化溶解,起到脱氧、脱硫、去夹杂的作用;并能减轻水口堵塞,避免形成长条状的硫化物夹杂,从而改善钢的各向异性;同时能对成份进行微调,使金属及稀土等元素提高收得率,保证成份的稳定性,降低精炼成本,经济效益十分显著。
