性质:以铜为主要合金元素的铸造铝合金。铜的含量范围在4%~14%。含铜9%以上的Al-Cu系合金,具有较好的铸造性能,可用于金属型铸造,并具有良好的抛光性能及电镀性能。但热处理强化效果不大,力学性能较低,主要用于装饰性零件。该系合金中具有重要应用价值的是由Al-5Cu合金基础上发展起来的高强度铸造铝合金和热强铸造铝合金。主要有Al-Cu-Si,Al-Cu-Mn,Al-Cu-Mg,Al-Cu-Ni,Al-Cu-RE等系列。Al-Cu系合金具有良好的切削加工性能和焊接性能。铸造性能较差,热裂、疏松倾向较大,需要合理的铸造工艺设计。
