【性状】
本品为乳剂型基质的白色或乳白色乳膏。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品适量（约相当于硝酸异山梨酯15mg），置分液漏斗中，加环 己烷10ml、甲醇5ml 与饱和氯化钠溶液1ml ，振摇提取，分取甲醇液置另一加有5 ％硫 酸铝钾溶液5ml 的分液漏斗中，用氯仿10ml提取；氯仿提取液用铺有无水硫酸钠的滤器 滤过，滤液置水浴上蒸干，残渣加水1ml 与硫酸2ml，混匀，溶解后移至试管中，冷却， 沿管壁缓缓加入硫酸亚铁试液3ml ，使成两液层，放置，接界面应显棕色。 (2) 取本品适量（约相当于硝酸异山梨酯2mg ），加新制的10％儿茶酚溶液3ml ， 摇匀，滴加硫酸2ml ，加随振摇，即显暗绿色。
【检查】
应符合软膏剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ F）。
【含量测定】
对照溶液的制备 精密称取在105 ℃干燥至恒重的硝酸钾 34.25 mg，置200ml 量瓶中，加水3ml 使溶解，加冰醋酸稀释至刻度，摇匀，即得（每1ml 相 当200μg的C6H8N2O8）。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品适量（约相当于硝酸异山梨酯0.1g），精密称定，加冰 醋酸20ml，置70℃水浴中使溶解，于15℃水浴中放置30分钟，用干燥滤纸滤过，滤器用 冰醋酸洗涤，合并滤液与洗液，置50ml量瓶中，放置至室温，加冰醋酸稀释至刻度，摇 匀，精密量取5ml ，置另一50ml量瓶中，加冰醋酸稀释至刻度，摇匀，即得。 测定法 精密量取对照溶液与供试品溶液各1ml ，分别置于25ml量瓶中。另取冰 醋酸1ml 作空白，各精密加苯酚二磺酸试液2ml ，摇匀，放置15分钟，加水10ml，置冰 浴中冷却，缓缓加浓氨溶液8ml ，摇匀，放置至室温，加水至刻度，摇匀，照分光光度 法（附录Ⅳ B）在405nm 的波长处分别测定吸收度，计算，即得。
