Kinetic Analysis on the Oxidation of Glycerin with Sodium Periodate and Its Application;

For further development of the application domain of cellulose and exploiting new green cellulosic fibers,a new cotton fiber coated with collagen was prepared by the limited selective oxidation of the fiber with sodium periodate and subsequent treatment with the solution of collagen in this paper.

For exploiting the advanced functional fiber and new cellulose-based materials,a new cotton fiber modified with collagen protein was prepared through limited selective oxidation of cotton thread by sodium periodate,followed by reacting with the solution of collagen protein.
