方法: 实验选用6—8周雄性Balb/c小鼠,通过小鼠自由饮用5%葡聚糖硫酸钠(de--xtran sulfate sodium,DSS)1周后腹腔注射20mg/kg二甲肼(1,2-dimethylhyd--razine,DMH)1次,此后饮用生理盐水(normal sodium,NS)2周,以上述过程为1个循环,共重复3个循环。
