生产方法: 将硫酸肼悬浮于热水中,搅拌下加入乙酸钾,将混合物煮沸5min,冷至70℃,加入乙醇。滤出固体,用乙醇洗涤,滤液即肼溶液。将2,4-二硝基氯苯溶于乙醇,加入上述肼溶液,搅拌回流反应1h,冷却后过滤,用乙醇洗去未反应的原料,再用热水洗涤,干燥,得2,4-二硝基苯肼(滤液浓缩可回收部分产品),收率81-85%。
用途: 测定醛类;酮类和合成樟脑,测定转氨酶和肝功能。
