In the(CH_2)_6N-HCl buffer solution,the blue complex was produced by Al(Ⅲ) and DBC-carboxyazo,whose maximum absorption wavelength was 622 nm and conformed to Lambert-Beer's Law within the range of 0～15 μg·(25 mL)~(-1) Al(Ⅲ).
0的六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲溶液中,铝(Ⅲ)与DBC-偶氮羧形成蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为622nm,考察了实验条件对显色反应的影响,铝(Ⅲ)浓度在0~15μg。
