Terpeneol was prepared by the formation of terpine hydrate through the hydrolysis of terpentine,followed by the dehydration of terpine hydrate.
研究了由松节油二步法合成松油醇的实验方法,确定了合成松油醇得率的主要影响因素,通过正交实验和单因素实验,得较佳的水合条件为:硫酸质量分数32%,反应温度28℃～32℃,松节油与硫酸溶液的质量比1∶1 5,乳化剂用量为松节油质量的0 015%,加入0 001mL/g松节油的冰醋酸,水合时间14h,水合萜二醇收率达94%以上;脱水反应中,用硫酸盐-硫酸混合催化剂,使松油醇的收率可达82%以上。

The results showed that the yield of terpine hydrate was over 89 % and that of 1,4-cineole and other by-products were over 50 %, at the conditions in which temperature was 15～20 ℃ and H2SO4 concentration was 27 %.
