In order to seek more practical method,4-nitrophenylacetylene was synthesized via the reaction 4-bromonitrobenzene with 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol in the presence of bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium chloride and cuprous iodide, followed by refluxing with sodium hydroxide in toluene.
为寻求更为实用的硝基苯乙炔的制备方法,在(PPh3)2PdC l2/Cu I催化下,由4-溴硝基苯和2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇反应生成2-甲基-4-(4-硝基苯)-3-丁炔-2-醇,再经N aOH的甲苯溶液回流得到4-硝基苯乙炔。
