性质:对称针点浇口。一般指在注塑模具中直径小于1mm的小浇口。针形浇口在制件上的残留痕迹很小,浇口固化快,容易去除。但材料在小孔内有凝结的倾向,一般用于小型制件及流动性较好的树脂。黏度对剪切敏感的树脂通过针点浇口时受到强烈的剪切作用会提高其流动性,从而改善其充模能力。
