性质:火柴制造用语。杂药系指火柴药头的辅助用料,即除去氯酸钾和动物胶以外的一切固体原料。主要有:燃烧剂(硫黄、松香等)、填充剂(石英粉、硅藻土、石膏等)、稳定剂(氧化锌)、着色剂(二氧化锰、红氧化铁或其他着色剂)。由于各种原料的细度不同,使用前需经研磨使之达到170~200目的细度,并混合均匀,才能适合调制药浆的要求。一般使用球磨机对药料进行研磨(有干磨和湿磨之分)。若原料细度已达工艺要求,可免去研磨工序。
