性质:又称异汉防己碱。白色棱柱状结晶(无水乙醇),熔点180~182℃,旋光度+161°(c=0.7,氯仿);熔点182℃,旋光度[α]D+132°。不溶于甲醇、乙醇,微溶于丙酮,溶于稀矿酸。存在于小檗科植物华南十大功劳(Mahonia japonica DC.)的叶、防己科植物头花千金藤(金线吊乌龟)(Stephania cepharantha Hayata)的根中。具有消炎、镇痛、退热作用,与保泰松、汉防己甲素相似能抑制毛细血管通透性。对人体鼻咽癌(KB)细胞毒作用很强。对实验动物有抗结核作用。
