性质:又称胸腺浸膏。自小牛、猪胸腺提取而得。胸腺素是胸腺产生的一类多肽或蛋白质激素的总称,按提取过程中纯化工序,依次分别称为第1-8个组分,各个组分均有免疫活性。第5组分称为胸腺素F5,根据等电点分为α区(<0.5),β区(5.0~7.0),γ区(>7.0),其中主要有12种对热稳定的酸性多肽,分子量1000~150 000。此外还有不到1%的单核苷酸,低聚核苷酸、糖和脂类。主要作用是为一种免疫增强剂,参与胸腺微环境中T淋巴细胞前体细胞的分化成熟,从而增强和调整机体的免疫功能。
