性质:指制备复合膜时,支撑超薄致密层的微孔膜。为使厚度为纳米级的超薄致密层不致被压破,要根据复合膜运行的压力来要求支撑的微孔膜的最大孔径,如氮氢分离膜的运行压力高,纳滤膜的运行压力低,对微孔底膜的孔径要求就不同。微孔底膜的另一重要作用是提高分离因素,如为了改善壳聚糖的醇水分离性能,以聚砜或聚丙烯腈等憎水性膜为底膜制备壳聚糖/聚丙烯腈复合膜。现在多以聚砜制备微孔底膜。
