性质:又称胸苷激酶。催化脱氧胸苷磷酸化形成胸苷一磷酸(dTMP):该酶还催化脱氧尿苷磷酸化形成脱氧尿苷一磷酸(dUMP)。正常肝组织内该酶活性很低,在迅速生长的组织如再生肝内酶活性升高,肝恶性肿瘤组织内酶活性明显升高。
