性质:淀粉衍生物的一类。非离子型。由淀粉悬浮液用碱作催化剂,硫酸钠作阻凝胶化剂,经环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷加热反应制得。随羟烷基取代度的提高淀粉凝胶化温度也随之降低,其溶解度、透明度、低温稳定性均相应改善,尤其是成膜性好、膜透明、低温稳定性均相应改善,尤其是成膜性好,膜透明、柔韧、平滑、耐折性好。造纸工业中适用取代度在0.04~0.1范围的羟烷基淀粉。本品可单独或与合成胶乳混合用作颜料涂布胶黏剂,可提供高的黏合强度和良好的印刷性。亦可用作标签、封箱胶带和瓦楞纸板等的黏合剂,亦可作食品的增稠剂、纺织上浆剂及医药工业中作代血浆以替代右旋糖酐。
