Aiming at the problem of output limit of direct air-cooled unit in summer,applying the spray humidification system was presented to reduce inlet air temperature of air-cooler,to improve air-cooler s heat exchange efficiency and to increase the operational vacuum of the unit in order to enhance the output capacity of the unit.
针对大型直接空冷机组在夏季出力受阻的问题,提出采用喷雾增湿系统,以有效降低空冷器入口空气温度,改善空冷器的换热效果,提高机组的运行真空,从而提高机组的出力。

The method of spray humidification and temperature reduction can effectively reduce the inlet air temperature of air-cooled condenser,improving the heat exchange effect,and enhancing vacuum of unit in operation,making the unit to operate under full capability.
采用喷雾增湿降温法可有效地降低空冷凝汽器(空凝器)入口空气温度,改善空凝器的换热效果,提高机组运行真空使其满负荷运行。
