性质:湿法脱硫效率高,应用面广,但所得到的副产物形成淤渣,处理较困难,处理不善还会造成二次污染。因此,20世纪80年代开发出了湿法与干法相结合的喷雾干燥脱硫方法。此法以石灰乳作吸收剂,吸收液由喷雾装置喷入干燥室,烟气也同时通入。在干燥室内,二氧化硫首先与石灰乳液滴反应,生成亚硫酸钙和硫酸钙。同时,液滴吸收热烟气中的热量,使水分蒸发,产品从干燥器下部排出。烟气中未反应的石灰颗粒和反应生成物等进入袋式过滤器,将颗粒物分离,尾气排入大气。此法的优点是工艺简单、脱硫效率高、操作适应性强、原料的有效利用率高、生成物易于处理、投资和运行费用较低。但喷雾干燥装置的操作过程对自控要求较高,不但要根据入口二氧化硫浓度迅速调节吸收剂用量,而且还要根据烟气温度调节水量,防止出口烟气接近湿饱和,以免在袋滤内出现凝结。特别是脱硫系统的喷雾装置有离心转盘和喷头两种。其中离心转速为6000~50000r/min,技术要求较高。
