性质：以食盐（氯化钠）和乙烯为原料制取纯碱和氯乙烯的联合生产方法。20世纪70年代末，荷兰阿克苏公司（AKZO Co）所开发。将食盐、乙烯加入盛有已二腈溶剂的反应器中，以三甲胺、氯化铜和石灰为助催化剂，同时加入二氧化碳和空气制得纯碱和氯乙烯。此法耗能较少，也不存在氯的处理问题。但反应的温度和压力控制要求十分严格，而且投资很高，现未见采用。
