性质：又称阿弗菌素。系链霉素Streptomyces avermitilis 产生的一组大环内酯类抗生素。有8个组分，其中A1a、A2a、B1a、B2a为主组分，占总量的80%以上；A1b、A2b、B1b、B2b为次要组分。B1a为无色至黄色结晶，熔点150～155℃。旋光度+55.7°（c=0.87，氯仿）。溶于水，易溶于丙酮与氯仿。A1a与A2a的旋光度各为+68.5°与+48.8°。具有抗家畜体内外寄生虫和植物害虫作用，其中B1a的活性最强。制剂阿巴菌素（abamectin, B1a :B1b=80:20）为农用杀虫剂；依维菌素（ivermectin,双氢B1a:双氢B1b=80：20）用作动物驱虫药，亦用于治疗人类蟠尾丝虫病与拟圆虫病等。
