To strengthen the binding force of Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal,the conference of the parties enacted Basel Protocol on Liability and Compensation for Damage Resulting from Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal.
