Self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) of p methylphenylthiourea, p-chlorophenylthiourea and2, 4, 6-trlbromophenylthiourea on gold were prepared and characterized by contact angle measurement, ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy(AFM).
