性质:都拉霉素B是由链轮丝菌Streptoverticillum发酵产生的强效磷脂酶A2抑制剂,呈两性或碱性,熔点290℃,旋光度-57℃(c=0.57,0.1mol/L HCl)。抑制人多形核白细胞和滑液的磷脂酶A2,IC50分别为1.5μmol/L,1.0μmol/L。都拉霉素C是由灰藤黄链霉菌Streptomycesgriseoluteus发酵产生的,呈酸性,熔点280℃,旋光度-61°(c=0.5,0.1mol/L  HCl),抑制人多形核白细胞和滑液的磷脂酶A2,IC50分别:为0.8μmol/L,1.0μmol/L。都拉霉素B,C对枯草芽孢杆菌有弱抗菌性而不抗其他微生物。
