性质:指高聚物在玻璃化温度以下的超低温中纺出,并在分子不运动的状态下连续拉伸而得高强高模纤维。所用聚合物有聚酰胺和聚烯烃等,冷冻温度约-70℃。以聚己内酰胺为例,采用冻结纺丝法可制得强度13.5cN/dtex,伸长率31%,模量3.6GPa的纤维:,用于轮胎帘子线和橡胶增强材料,高强尼龙绳及其织物、复合材料增强剂等。
