性质:又称灯盏细辛苷III。白色针状结晶。熔点190~192℃,旋光度-135°(c=0.2,水)。易溶于水、吡啶及乙醇,不溶于正丁醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等有机溶剂。天然存在于菊科植物短葶飞蓬(灯盏细辛)[Erigeron breviscapus (vaniot)Hand.-Mazz]全株。可用化学合成法制得。本品具有较明显的体外抗血小板聚集作用,有增加犬股动脉血流量和降低血管阻力的作用。给犬股动脉注射总量0.5mg和1mg时,能使血流量分别增加70%和118.3%;血管阻力降低43%和52.4%,作用持续时间为1~5min。本品还具有降压、镇静和催眠作用。
