性质:大蒜气味的液体。沸点139℃。折射率1.4877。相对密度0.888。不溶于水,溶于醇、氯仿、醚及四氯化碳。由烯丙基溴(CH2=CH—CH2Br)与硫在液氨的钠溶液中反应而得。用于合成食用调料。  二烯丙基三硫化物  diallyl trisulfide  又称大蒜新素,大蒜素。油状物。沸,叔87~88℃(13.3Pa)。折射率1.5850~1.5900。天然存在于百合科植物大蒜(Allium sativum L.)挥发油部分。可以3-氯丙烯为原料,经三步反应制得。本品具有抗革兰氏阳性、阴性菌的活性,效力为大蒜辣素的50%,是大蒜油中主要抑菌成分。体外对白色念珠球菌、红色隐球菌、隐球菌等均有抑制作用。临床用于深部霉菌感染、混合霉菌感染及肠道各种疾病的治疗。对呼吸道、消化道、脑膜炎、肠道等疾病的有效率达80%~90%,且副作用较小。
