性质:是物料在粉碎前后尺寸之比。粉碎比有平均粉碎比和公称粉碎比之分。平均粉碎比是指物料在粉碎前后的质量混合平均粒径之比;公称粉碎比则是指粉碎机的最大有效进料口尺寸与最大出料口尺寸之比。由于实际最大进料料块尺寸总小于最大有效进料口尺寸;因此,平均粉碎比都较公称粉碎比为低(约为后者的70%~90%)。一般破碎机平均粉碎比为3%~30%,细磨机通常达300~1000以上。对于一定性质的物料而言,粉碎比是确定粉碎作业程序、选择机器类型及尺寸的主要依据。对于多段的粉碎作业,总粉碎比等于各段粉碎比的乘积。
