性质:又名氟吩噻,羟哌氟丙嗪、氟非纳嗪。暗褐色黏质油状物。其二盐酸盐为白色或类白色结晶性粉末,见光渐变色。熔点225~227℃(分解)。易溶于水,略溶于甲醇,微溶于乙醇及氯仿,几乎不溶于苯和乙醚。有吸湿性。其癸酸酯为淡澄明油状液体,遇光逐渐变深,易溶于甲醇、乙醇、氯仿及无水乙醚,不溶于水。由羟乙基哌嗪或间三氟甲基苯胺为原料制得。抗精神病药。临床用于紧张型、妄想型精神分裂症,对慢性精神分裂症疗效优于氯丙嗪。制剂有片剂,注射剂。
