性质:又称标准型硅酸铝纤维,高纯硅酸铝纤维增强体。属非晶质。直径约3.1μm,平均长度75mm,耐高温和绝热保温性好,可在1100℃长期使用。制法是先将氧化铝粉与硅石砂或石英砂(,总含量大于99%)混合,酌加氧化硼或二氧化锆等添加剂,按重量比配料后充分混匀压成砖坯,经高温煅烧后,粉碎成粒料再制团块,在电弧炉熔融除渣后用熔喷或离心法成纤。用途是金属基复合材料增强剂及防热功能复合材料。
