性质:化学法制取陶瓷等粉料的一种工艺。原料各组分以溶液状态按给定配比混合均匀。加入适宜的沉淀剂(如氢氧离子、碳酸盐离子、硫酸盐离子、草酸盐离子等),使各组分离子形成不溶性氢氧化物、碳酸盐、硫酸盐、草酸盐等的共沉淀物。再以大量蒸馏水冲洗,除去有害杂质。然后在一定温度下焙烧。可获得高纯超细粉料。为防止颗粒团聚,沉淀过程中常加入分散剂等有机表面活性物质。用此法已制得具有化学计量组成的、烧结性能良好的钛酸钡、钛酸铅、铁酸锰(MnFe2O4)等粉料。此法设备简单、较为经济,便于大中型工业化生产。已获得广泛应用。
